I donated between a large/charger. I ordered a xl, but should’ve went with a large. The measurements said a xl and that’s what I wear, but I quickly was on the 3rd row because you adjust to wearing it quickly. So I definitely suggest going down a size based on their measurements. Its quite comfortable and I do wear it under my clothes while I’m at work. Its very sturdy and breathable. I’m ordering another one, this time I’m going to medium because I adjusted to the xl too quickly.
