Burvogue Shaper Slim Belt Neoprene + Waist Corset

Okay, so when I first got this, it was super tight and I had trouble putting it on. This is my first waste trainer, so don’t really know if that’s normal. I don’t have anything to measure me so I just guessed and went with my shirt size, and I’m glad I did. You can tell I’m wearing it under my clothes especially since my back fat hangs out the top, but… it’s been a week since I got this. I wear this all day every day. I take it off right before I go to bed. Okay, so like I said, it’s been a week, and I’m already down to the middle hook, plus I exercise about 15 minutes or so every other day.And also I can tell my back fat has reduced. It also improves my posture. But I would say it’s doing the job right. And I can breathe in it and move around comfortably. I would definitely recommend this!
